SAM advises WorkIndia on Series B fundraise

Eloquent Info Solutions Private Limited, operating the technology-driven recruitment platform WorkIndia, has raised $10.8 million from a Series B fundraise.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised WorkIndia on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Manish Gupta (Partner), Rashi Singh (Principal Associate), Deepti Verma (Senior Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate). 

WorkIndia operates in the HR technology space, focusing on large-scale, technology-enabled recruitment solutions for India’s blue and grey-collar workforce.

The investment is expected to support the company’s growth, product expansion and scale-up across key markets.
