8X Ventures Fund has made an investment in Armory as part of its ₹20 crore funding round.

Sequitur Advocates & Legal Consultants advised 8X Ventures Fund on this investment deal. The Firm's advisory encompassed advising on the structuring of the investment transaction, and the negotiation and finalisation of definitive transaction documentation.

The transaction team was led by Utpal Kant (Managing Partner), with assistance from Associates Prateek Arora and Puja Modi.

The mandate relates to Armory’s participation in the Ministry of Defence’s push for developing advanced, homegrown counter-drone technologies aimed at strengthening India’s airspace security infrastructure.
