Sequitur advises 8X Ventures on TIEA Connectors Series A fundraise

TIEA Connectors has raised ₹77 crore from a Series A fundraise led by IvyCap Ventures with participation from Jamwant Ventures, 8X Ventures and angel investors.

Sequitur Advocates & Legal Consultants advised 8X Ventures Fund on their participation on this fundraise. The Firm advised on the structuring of the investment transaction, the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the definitive transaction documentations.

The transaction team was led by Utpal Kant (Managing Partner), with assistance from Prateek Arora (Associate).

TIEA Connectors is company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance electrical and electronic connectors and terminals.

The new capital will be invested in expanding manufacturing facilities, enhancing product engineering expertise, speeding up automation and technology adoption, and growing operations on a global scale.
