Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, JSA act on TruNativ $30 million Series B fundraise

Tru Native F&B Private Limited, dba TruNativ, has raised $30 million from a Series B fundraise led by Orbimed.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised TruNativ on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Navruz Vakil (Partner), Daksh Hemnani (Senior Associate), Vidhhii Shah (Associate) and Alena Advani (Consultant).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised OrbiMed Asia V Mauritius Limited on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Minhaz Lokhandwala (Partner), with support from Riya Gupta (Principal Associate), Associates Yash Borana, Sanjana Sreenath, Akarsh Aryan and Saket Mishra.

TruNativ operates as an internet-first, D2C company offering a wide variety of quality nutrition products at reasonable prices. The Company delivers functional foods such as protein supplements through its website and e-commerce channels.

The new capital will be utilized to enhance the TruNativ's offline distribution channels, broaden its product range, and speed up expansion in both domestic and international markets.
