Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co act on Swara Baby Products ₹1,000 crore IPO

Swara Baby Products Limited has proposed an initial public offering aggregating to ₹1,000 crore, comprising fresh issue and an offer for sale of equity shares by Brainbees Solutions Limited and Anadya Bon Merchari LLP.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is advising Swara Baby Products on this IPO.

The transaction is led by Prashant Gupta (Partner, National Practice Head – Capital Markets) and Trishita Dasgupta (Partner), with support from Kamiya Marwah (Senior Associate), Associates Aishwariya Chaturvedi and Bhoomika Gupta.

Khaitan & Co is advising the book running lead managers i.e., JM Financial Limited and Avendus Capital Private Limited, on this IPO.
