SKS Advisor advises DAZZL on seed fundraise

Dazzl Technologies Private Limited has raised $3.2 million from a seed fundraise, led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from prominent angel investors including Ritesh Agarwal, Maninder Gulati, Abhinav Sinha, Sameer Brij Verma, and Abhishek Bansal.

SKS Advisor advised DAZZL on this fundraise. The Firm worked closely with DAZZL and its founders on an end-to-end basis, advising on set up, structuring, negotiation and execution of the definitive transaction documents including facilitating a smooth and successful closing of the round.

The transaction was led by Navjot Nagure (Senior Associate), assisted by Neha H (Associate), under the guidance of Sandeep Kumar Singh (Managing Partner).
