LiLLBUD has secured investments from a fundraise led by Zeropearl VC, with participation from angel investors Abhishek Bansal (CEO of Shadowfax) and Kunal Shah (Founder of CRED).

SKS Advisor advised LiLLBUD on this fundraise.

Lex Consult advised lead investor Zeropearl VC on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Naresh Pareek (Partner), with assistance from Riya Trivedi (Associate) and Vibhor Jain (Associate).

LiLLBUD offers a growing range of BIS-certified, Montessori-inspired toys and learning products.

The funds will be used to launch more SKUs and strengthen its quick-commerce presence, supply chain, and brand investments.
