Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited, dba Snabbit, has raised $56 million from a Series D fundraise co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Mirae Asset Venture, with participation from FJ Labs, Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Bertelsmann India Investments.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Snabbit on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Manchanda (Partner), with support from Aparimita Choudhary (Senior Associate) and Tarun Pydah (Associate).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised lead investor Mirae Asset Venture Investments on this fundraise. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including reviewing and advising on the transaction structure, conducting due diligence, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents, including the share subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement. The Firm also advised on conditions precedent and closing mechanics.
