Thinklaw, Latham & Watkins act on acquisition of MEXT by AMD

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc has acquired MEXT Corporation.

ThinkLaw, advocates advised MEXT on this acquisition. The Firm advised and assisted on the India leg of the transaction, including the completion of the India closing and the related post-closing legal and regulatory matters.
