Touchstone Partners advises Membrane Group on joint venture with Kurita Water Industries

Membrane Group India Private Limited has formed a joint venture with Kurita Water Industries Limited, which will operate under the name Kurita Membrane India Private Limited.

Touchstone Partners advised Membrane Group on this JV.

The transaction team was led by Uday Walia (Partner), with support from Associates Kabir Walia and Mahak Goyal.

Established in Gurugram, Harayana, Kurita Membrane India will provide water treatment solutions to the semiconductor and advanced electronics manufacturing sectors in India. The JV will provide advanced water treatment, wastewater recycling, resource recovery, water analysis service, and environmental solutions.
