Touchstone Partners advises Nium on acquisition of Cypher

Nium Pte. Ltd. has acquired Cypherd Wallet Inc, a crypto-native non-custodial wallet and issuing company.

Touchstone Partners advised Nium on the acquisition of Cynorage Software Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Cypher, on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sameeksha Chowla (Partner), Aastha Saily (Senior Associate) and Anjani Tewary (Associate).

The acquisition of Cypher brings Nium deep operational knowledge of how to build and scale products for crypto-native users while navigating the unique technical requirements of the blockchain ecosystem.
