Trilegal, Khaitan & Co act on JBM Ecolife Mobility securing ₹750 crore from Motilal Oswal

JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited has secured a hybrid investment on ₹750 crore from Motilal Oswal Alternates through a combination of structured debt and equity-linked securities.

Trilegal advised JBM Auto Limited in connection to this transaction.

The Firm assisted on the diligence to be carried on the JBM group entities; drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents; and providing industry specific advisory towards successful closure of the transaction.

The capital infusion is expected to enhance the Company's ability to participate in large electric bus tenders and execute existing contracts.
