Trilegal, SAM advise on Mahindra Lifespaces - Mitsui Fudosan JV for Bengaluru housing project

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, is set to form a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. for the development of Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project located in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Trilegal is advising Mahindra Lifespaces on this JV, providing end-to-end assistance from the term sheet to signing, including structuring of the transaction, drafting of all transaction documents and negotiations.
