Trilegal advises Sona Comstar on partnership with Japan's DENSO Corp

Sona Comstar is entering into a landmark strategic partnership with DENSO Corporation, Japan, to establish two joint ventures focused on developing and manufacturing advanced electric and hybrid powertrain systems for two, three and four wheelers as well as larger vehicle applications.
