Trilegal and DSK lead on Everstone Capital investment in S Chand Publishers

Everstone Capital Partners II LLC has invested Rs. 200 Crore ($37 Million) in a leading publisher of textbooks and digital learning, S Chand and Company to acquire approximately 35% stake in the company.
