OffBeat Studios Private Limited, dba OFF/BEAT, has concluded a Series Seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) and Reed India.

Trilegal advised OFF/BEAT and its founder, Aman Gupta (co-founder of boAt), on this fundraise. The transaction involved a cross-border investment into an Indian company, with participation from a Mauritius-based investor as well as an India-based employee benefit trust.

The transaction team was led by Amit Khansaheb (Partner) and Vishruta Kaul (Partner), with support from Aayush Sood (Counsel), Sanchita Mishra (Counsel), Associates Farhana Akhtar and Saksham Gadia.

Khaitan & Co advised Bessemer Venture Partners on their investment in OFF/BEAT. The Firm acted for the client in drafting and negotiation of definitive documents for the investment in Offbeat Studios.
