Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand advise in CCI green signal for 40 billion Euro merger between Peugeot and Fiat Chrysler

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted unconditional approval for the 40 billion Euro merger between automobile giants Peugeot and Fiat Chrysler.

This was the first electronic filing submitted to the CCI during the COVID-19 pandemic.
