Triumvir Law, Khaitan act on GaadiMech fundraise

Mechvision Innovations Private Limited (GaadiMech) has raised ₹1.5 crore from AJVC and Aviral Bhatnagar.

Triumvir Law advised GaadiMech on this fundraise. The Firm was involved throughout the transaction, including reviewing and finalising the transaction documents such as the Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders’ Agreement, and Employment Agreements.

The transaction team consisted of Anubhab Sarkar (Managing Partner) and Ragini Chakraborty (Senior Associate).

Khaitan & Co advised the investor AJVC Fund on this transaction.

Mechvision Innovations through its the brand name “GaadiMech” is an automotive service startup focused on transforming the car repair and servicing industry in India. Founded by industry professionals with firsthand experience in running service centres, GaadiMech aims to address systemic issues such as unclear timelines, inflated bills, and lack of customer visibility in the repair process. The company offers 90-minute express car servicing with live streaming, enabling customers to monitor their vehicle’s service in real time.
