Trust Legal, IndusLaw, DMD, Bombay Law Chambers assist Edtech Start-up Bhanzu in seed funding rounds

Bhanzu raised $2 million and $15 million across two funding rounds.

Exploring Infinities Edtech Private Limited (Bhanzu), has raised $2 Million in its seed funding round in 2021 led by Lightspeed and a few other angel investors and founders of Indian start-ups.

Bhanzu further raised $15 million in 2022 in the funding round led by the global investment firm Eight Roads Ventures. B Capital also invested in the round from its Ascent Fund.

Trust Legal advised and acted for Bhanzu in the $2 million transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Mishra (Founding Partner), Petal Chandhok (Partner) and Rupali Gupta (Associate Partner).

Bhanzu is an edtech company formed by Neelakantha Bhanu, world’s fastest human calculator, with the aim to eradicate global “math phobia” among students.
