Carrier Global Corporation has acquired 75F Inc., a leading innovator in cloud-native, wireless, AI-enabled building automation systems. The deal involves an acquisition of 75F Inc’s subsidiaries in India i.e., 75F Smart Innovations India Private Limited and 75F Engineering Services India Private Limited.

TT&A advised Carrier on the India-leg of this global acquisition.
