VERTICES PARTNERS acts on Apna Mart ₹120 crore Series C fundraise

Apna Mart (Fleet Labs Technologies Private Limited) has raised ₹120 crore ($12.7 Million) from a Series C fundraise co-led by existing investors Accel India and Fundamentum, with participation from Peak XV Partners.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Apna Mart on this fundraise. The Firm had also advised Apna Mart on its Series A and Series B fundraises.

The transaction was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner) and Vishal Mehta (Partner) along with a team that included Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Abhishikha Moyal (Associate).

Apna Mart will deploy the newly raised funds to support capital expenditure, strengthen working capital, and meet other business requirements as it scales operations across India.
