Immaculatebites Private Limited, dba Open Secret, has raised ₹50 crore from a fundraise led by Desai Brothers Group.

The transaction was led by Vishal Mehta (Partner), along with Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager).

Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Desai Brothers Group was represented by its In-House Counsel.

Founded by Ahana Gautam, Open Secret is a food company focused on providing healthy, "unjunked" snacks that are free from refined sugar and harmful ingredients.

The Company plans to use the funding to expand its offline footprint, launch new products and deploy AI agents in its supply chain.
