Peeko [Happki Moms Private Limited] has raised $3.2 Million from a seed fundraise by Stellaris Venture Partners.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented Peeko on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Manu Varghese (Partner), along with a team that included Anushka Chaturvedi (Associate Manager) and Jigar Mehta (Associate).

CMS INDUSLAW advised lead investor Stellaris Venture Partners on their investment in Peeko.

Kaizen Law represented angel investors Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, Founder of Titan Capital, on their investment in Peeko.

Peeko, operated by Happki Moms Private Limited, is an innovative Bengaluru-based startup that focuses on delivering baby care essentials quickly and efficiently.

The Company will use the raised funds to improve product experience, expand supply, and hire new talent.
