VERTICES PARTNERS, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas act on Elevate Education ₹170 crore Series D fundraise

Elevate Education, formerly known as Sunstone, has raised ₹170 crore from a Series D fundraise led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from existing investors.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Elevate Education on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner) and Vikrant Anand (Partner), along with a team that included Manan Kapoor (Associate Manager), Hemant Srivastava (Associate Manager) and Abhishikha Moyal (Associate).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised lead investor WestBridge Capital on this fundraise.

Established in 2019, Elevate Education is a leading higher education services provider that partners with academic institutions to strengthen student employability.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the Company's technology and AI capabilities, expand its network of partner institutions, improve student success and placement outcomes, and invest further in academic innovation and industry-linked programmes.
