Vertices Partners, Tempus Law act on ICICI Bank acquisition of 9.09% stake in MyClassBoard

ICICI Bank Limited has acquired a 9.09 per cent stake in the online school management platform Myclassboard Educational Solutions, through a cash consideration of INR 4.5 crore.
