Vidhigya Associates acts on Hexagon Nutrition ₹138 crore IPO

Hexagon Nutrition Limited has launched an initial public offering aggregating to ₹138.869 crore, comprising an offer for sale of 30,859,704 equity shares.

Vidhigya Associates acted as the sole legal counsel for the offering.

The transaction team consisted of Vijeta Mishra (Partner), Vedang Mehta (Associate Partner), and Swati Giri (Associate).

Hexagon Nutrition is a differentiated, research-oriented pure-play nutrition company with a product portfolio spanning micronutrient premixes, therapeutic nutrition and clinical nutrition products. Established in 1993, the Company has evolved from a micronutrient formulations player into a branded nutrition products company with brands such as PENTASURE, OBESIGO and PEDIAGOLD.
