Vidhigya Associates advises Anlon Healthcare on acquisition of Remember India

Anlon Healthcare Limited has acquired Remember India Health Links Private Limited.

Vidhigya Associates, Advocates acted as legal counsel to Anlon Healthcare and its Promoters on this acquisition. The Firm advised on the legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents.

The transaction was led by Hitesh Agrawal (Partner), with support from Dev Bhanushali (Associate).

Rahul Pandey (Managing Partner) provided strategic inputs in relation to the applicable SEBI regulatory considerations.

This acquisition is expected to strengthen Anlon’s position across the pharmaceutical value chain by enabling its expansion from drug substances (APIs) into finished dosage formulations (FDFs), while also providing access to a portfolio of more than 30 dossiers relating to finished dosage formulations.
