Justices N Seshasayee and Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan appointed as Judicial Members of NCLAT

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on May 14 appointed Justices N Sesha Sayee and Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan as Judicial Members of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

These appointments are for a term of four years from the date of assumption of office or until the appointees attain the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
