Anand & Anand's Vaishali Sharma to join Aerion Legal to lead Trademark Prosecution practice

Aerion Legal is onboarding Vaishali Sharma as a Partner, where she will lead and strengthen the firm’s Trade Mark Prosecution, Brand Strategy and Advisory Practice.

Sharma is a 2013 graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

With over 13 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, she has advised leading domestic and international clients on complex brand protection strategies, managing IP portfolios, and providing strategic advisory services to businesses expanding across digital and international markets.

Sharma joins Aerion Legal after spending eight years at Anand & Anand. She is currently closing her exit formalities and is expected to join Aerion shortly.
