

JSA Advocates & Solicitors has announced the addition of Ankit Jain as Retained Partner in its New Delhi office, further strengthening the firm's disputes practice.
Jain is a 2014 alumnus of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. He earned his LLM in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School in 2022.
Jain is a seasoned disputes lawyer with over a decade of experience in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His areas of expertise include disputes in the infrastructure sector, particularly renewable energy and EPC disputes, along with domestic and international arbitration and commercial disputes.
He has represented multinational corporations, public sector undertakings, large Indian corporates and start-ups, including in EPC contract arbitrations arising from renewable energy and railway electrification projects, international commercial arbitrations, insolvency proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court, and commercial litigation before the Supreme Court, in addition to various High Courts. In addition to infrastructure, his experience spans sectors such as energy, banking and finance, technology, telecom, mining, healthcare and hospitality.
Prior to joining JSA, Jain was a Partner at Antares Legal.
