Bhavin Gada, Ameya Deosthale, Mehak Gupta launch Mumbai-based law firm Reva Legal

Bhavin Gada, Ameya Deosthale, and Mehak Gupta have founded Reva Legal, a Mumbai-based law firm specializing in Corporate and Transactional work, Dispute Resolution, and White Collar investigations.

Reva Legal is built to provide solutions and advises domestic and international businesses, founders, promoters, investors, family offices, funds and individuals across corporate and commercial transactions, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advisory, disputes, litigation, arbitration and white collar investigations, fund formations, real estate, private client and succession planning.

Gada will serve as the Founding and Managing Partner, with Deosthale and Gupta as Co-Founding Partners.

Bhavin Gada has over two decades of experience advising promoters, investors, funds and corporates on transactions, investments and complex disputes. He was previously associated as a Co-Founding and Senior Partner at Stratage Law Partners.

Ameya Deosthale has over 16 years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory and white collar matters.

Mehak Gupta has over 10 years of experience in private equity, M&A, fund formation, corporate and regulatory advisory, and private client matters.
