Dr. M. Sivaraman joins MSA Partners as a Partner in Chennai

MSA Partners, Advocates & Solicitors has announced the appointment of Dr. M. Sivaraman as a Partner for their Chennai office, further strengthening the firm’s presence and capabilities across Southern India.

Dr Sivaraman holds an LL.B. and LL.M. in Corporate Laws, both as a University Topper and Gold Medallist, and a PhD in Law.

He has over 35 years of experience in complex domestic and international legal matters, with extensive expertise in commercial and investment arbitration, infrastructure and energy projects, corporate transactions, insolvency, regulatory matters, economic offences and cross-border litigation. His experience includes proceedings before the Supreme Court and High Courts in India, specialised tribunals and regulatory authorities, as well as international arbitrations and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining MSA Partners, he had been advising several leading corporates, including Arvind Mills, TATA, Siva Group, Inno Group, Marg Group and Shriram Group of Companies, bringing extensive hands-on experience alongside his practice as an advocate and legal consultant.
