Former Shardul Amrchand Mangaldas lawyer Namita Das has joined Link Legal India Law Services as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Commercial practice in Delhi.

Namita is a 2009 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur and has worked at AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Managldas & Co prior to joining Link Legal.

Namita has extensive experience in handling matters pertaining to general corporate advisory, bankruptcy, fund-raising & investments and initial public offerings.

She regularly advises clients across diverse sectors such as housing finance, banking, retail, information technology, infrastructure etc.

Namita’s addition will further contribute in strengthening the Firm’s capability in the Corporate practice. We wish her all the very best.
