Govind Kumar Chaturvedi joins Livspace as Head of Legal

Govind Kumar Chaturvedi has joined Livspace as the Head of Legal.

Chaturvedi is a dual-qualified lawyer, holding an LLM in Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada, and is CIPP/C certified.

He has extensive experience before the Supreme Court and High Courts. He has handled commercial, arbitration, criminal and consumer matters, and was involved in landmark cases including Britannia v ITC and Impressario v. Orange belly Food.

He is the author of a book on trademark prosecution and opposition and has written  on AI, privacy and social media.

Prior to joining Livspace, Chaturvedi was a Legal Counsel at Reliance Retail Limited.
