Inttl Advocare has announced the launch of its new office in Chennai.
Charu Shukla will be setting up operations at the Chennai office, bringing with her a strong background in IP litigation, prosecution, transactions and IP advisory.
Reflecting on this milestone, Founder & Managing Partner, Hemant Singh, and Co-Managing Partner, Mamta Jha, shared a joint statement,
"The Southern region holds an extremely important place in the country's overall IP regime. With specialised Intellectual Property Divisions (IPDs) in Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and Madras, it has been imperative for the firm to establish a wider presence in Chennai. While we have been actively handling matters in the region for some time, our growing client base called for a strong, on-ground presence to match. With Chennai, this is now our second office in South India after Bengaluru, and it drives our continued efforts to ensure that our presence on the ground matches the trust our clients place in, by responding swiftly to their needs, and offering the same standard of dedicated service that Inttl Advocare has always stood for.”
The move marks the firm's third major expansion in a span of a year, coming on the heels of the Delhi office expansion announced last year and the Kolkata office launched earlier in 2026.
Inttl Advocare now maintains a presence across five key cities - Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Chennai, as part of their continued push to build a truly pan-India network that keeps pace with the evolving needs of their client base.
