Khaitan lawyer Akash Srinivasan joins Pinac as Partner and Head – Bangalore Office

Akash Srinivasan has joined Pinac Advocates and Solicitors as a Partner and Head of the firm’s Bangalore office.

Srinivasan is a 2019 graduate of National Law University Odisha, Cuttack.

With over seven years of experience, Srinivasan is a seasoned corporate lawyer whose practice spans M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate-commercial advisory.

Before joining Pinac, he was associated with Khaitan & Co for seven years across their Mumbai and Bangalore offices.

In his new role, Srinivasan will continue advising founders and VC-backed start-ups, institutional investors, family offices, and corporates on transactional and regulatory matters.
