Khushboo Rupani joins IndiaLaw LLP as Associate Partner to head ADR and criminal litigation practices

IndiaLaw LLP has appointed Khushboo Rupani as an Associate Partner at its Mumbai office, where she will head the firm’s Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Criminal Litigation practices.

Rupani is a 2015 graduate of KC Law College. She earned her LLM in Business law from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University in 2022.

Her practice will focus on arbitration, mediation, conciliation and criminal litigation, with her appointment strengthening IndiaLaw’s capabilities in dispute resolution and contentious matters.

Her ADR practice will cover disputes across areas including construction and infrastructure, banking and finance, insurance, media and entertainment, and commercial contracts, while her criminal practice will include white-collar crimes, economic offences, bank fraud, cheating, forgery and anti-corruption matters.

Prior to joining IndiaLaw LLP, Rupani was associated with HSA Advocates for nearly seven years.
