Manasi Pathak Verma moves from Vertices Partners to join Vishal Mega Mart as Head of Legal Compliance

Manasi Pathak Verma has joined Vishal Mega Mart as Head of Legal Compliance.

Verma is a 2009 graduate of D.E.S Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College.

With over 17 years of experience across both law firm and in-house roles, she specialises in Corporate Commercial Law, Compliance, and Regulatory Advisory. Her proficiency extends to venture capital, due diligence, and licensing across diverse sectors such as FSSAI, Legal Metrology, POSH, Agricultural Laws, Drugs and Cosmetics, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Health Tech, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Consulting.

She has been instrumental in advising Indian corporates, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and various organizations on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Vishal Mega Mart, Verma was a Partner at Vertices Partners for the past four years.
