Molshree Shrivastava appointed Head of Legal at Zeta

Molshree Shrivastava has been appointed Head of Legal at Zeta, taking charge of the legal function not only at Zeta but across all sister entities including Titan, Radix, and Finova — all part of serial entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia’s stable of companies.

Shrivastava is a 2014 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.

She has been with Zeta since 2024, where she has spent the last two years serving the company and its group entities before stepping into this expanded leadership role.

In 2023, she was selected as a Chevening India Cyber Security Fellow, a distinction that took her to London for an intensive period focused on cybersecurity.

In her expanded role, Shrivastava will work with the leadership teams across Zeta and other group companies on strategic business initiatives, technology and regulatory matters, corporate transactions, product and commercial initiatives, data and cybersecurity, and other legal requirements arising from the group’s operations across jurisdictions.

Before joining Zeta, she was part of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she advised on a wide range of technology, data, cybersecurity, media, sports, and gaming matters from both a commercial and regulatory perspective.

Speaking about her expanded role, Shrivastava said,

I am excited to take on the responsibility of leading the legal function at a time when the businesses are scaling across markets and navigating increasingly complex questions around technology, data and regulation.”
