Parveen Mahtani joins Phoenix Mills as Group Head Legal

Parveen Mahtani has joined The Phoenix Mills Limited as Group Head Legal.

Mahtani is an alumna of Government Law College, Mumbai.

She has over two and a half decades of experience, primarily across legal leadership positions in various leading organisations. Her expertise includes cross-border M&A, land acquisitions including due diligence, financing transactions, strategic alliances, procurement contracts and consumer litigation.

Prior to joining Phoenix Mills, Mahtani was the Chief Legal Officer at Mahindra Lifespace Developers. Her previous engagements include stints at Tata Housing, Wadia Group of Companies, Lodha Developers and IL&FS Trust Company.
