Exclusive: Rohan Jain, Kshitij Arora move from Shardul to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partners

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) Partner Rohan Jain and Counsel Kshitij Arora are joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as Partners in the firm's General Corporate practice in Delhi.

Confirming their exit, SAM Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

"I wish them all the best."

Jain is a 2011 alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

With close to 15 years of experience, he specialises in mergers and acquisitions (cross-border and domestic), joint ventures and private equity investments. He advises Indian and international corporates, public sector undertakings, HNIs, startups and non-profit organisations on various general corporate legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. His expertise includes business structuring, direct investments, company law advisory as well as other related corporate, commercial law and secretarial issues. Additionally, he has engaged extensively with key regulatory authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Department of Telecom.

Jain had been associated with SAM for the past decade, having joined as an Associate.

Arora is a 2015 graduate of Symbiosis International University.

With over a decade of experience, he specialises in general corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers & acquisitions.

Arora had been associated with SAM for the last 7 years.
