S. Vivek has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Capital Markets practice in Bengaluru.

Vivek is a 2010 alumnus of National Law School of India University.

Vivek has over 15 years of experience as a Capital Markets lawyer across both law firms and in-house roles. He had previously spent four years at CAM, from 2016 to 2019, before joining his alma mater National Law School of India University as a Project Lead, Regulatory Governance Project.

He then spent four years at M2P Fintech as a General Counsel where he led the Company's legal function through a Series D fundraise, cross-border acquisitions, and US expansion.
