Sameer Guha joins Travel Food Services as Vice President and Head of Legal

Sameer Guha has joined Travel Food Services Limited as the Vice-President and Head of Legal.

Guha is a 2004 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.

He has over two decades of experience across private practice and in-house roles, combining Tier I law firm expertise with the responsibility of steering legal, compliance, and governance for a global FMCG major.

His expertise includes designing governance frameworks and risk-assessment tools for mid-market companies, advising on CSR strategy alignment, community outreach programs and stakeholder reporting and coaching C-suite teams on legal-risk decision-making and compliance best practices.

Before joining Travel Food Services, Guha ran his private practice for the past two years. Prior to that, he worked with Mars Inc for close to a decade and before that at Trilegal.
