Stratage Law Partners strengthens partnership with appointment of Amruta Kelkar, Yuvraj Choksy

Stratage Law Partners has strengthened its partnership with the appointment of Amruta Kelkar as Partner, Funds and M&A; and Yuvraj Choksy as Associate Partner, Litigation.

With over 13 years of experience, Kelkar specializes in guiding clients through private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. Her expertise spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, alongside comprehensive advisory work on corporate law, securities regulations, and foreign exchange.

Before joining Stratage Law Partners, she was a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Choksy is a disputes lawyer with experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar investigations, and promoter and private client disputes. He advises corporates, financial institutions, promoters, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on high-value and complex disputes before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums.

Prior to joining Stratage, he was associated with JSA.
