White & Case has appointed partner Aditya Singh as Executive Partner of its Singapore office, effective 1 August 2026.

Singh's practice focuses on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, complex cross-border litigation, and white-collar investigations.

Qualified to practice in India, New York, and England and Wales, Aditya worked in White & Case’s New York and London offices before moving to Singapore. He also sits as arbitrator and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law.

A graduate of NALSAR and the Yale Law School, Singh has acted in some of the largest and most closely watched international disputes involving Indian parties.

Earlier this year, Singh was part of the team that successfully represented India before the High Court of Australia in enforcement proceedings arising from Devas v Republic of India BIT award.

Most recently, Singh represented a defendant in United States v Adani et al, the closely watched US proceedings concerning allegations of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The US Department of Justice has sought dismissal of the indictment against all defendants with prejudice⁠.
