Yubi appoints Himanshi Ranjan as Director – Legal

Yubi has elevated Himanshi Ranjan from Associate Vice President to the position of Director – Legal.

Ranjan is a 2016 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.

With a decade of experience as an in-house counsel, her expertise lies in legal advisory, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

She has been associated with Yubi for the past four years. Prior to that, she was associated with ICICI Bank, and before that, Indiabulls Housing Finance.

In her new role at Yubi, Ranjan will lead the Company's legal initiatives, strengthen legal governance, and support business operations through effective legal and regulatory strategies.
