ALMT, NDA, IndusLaw and JSA act on Everstone and Solmark’s acquisition of controlling stake in Servion for $66 million

Everstone Capital and US-based Solmark have acquired a controlling stake in Servion Global Solutions, a customer interaction management solutions provider for Rs. 403 crore ($65.08 million).
