Antares, Pioneer Legal act on Agri-tech platform Poshn ₹28.8 crore fund raise

Agritech platform, Poshn has raised ₹28.8 crore in its fund raise led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from Zephyr Peacock.

Antares Legal advised Poshn on the fundraise.

The team advising on the mandate was led by Partner Siddharth Bhavnani and Principal Associate Surbhi Kothiala with assistance from Associate Ayushi Berry.

Pioneer Legal acted for Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund in advising and assisting in reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents.

The team comprised Mayank Mehta (Partner), Sameer Raina (Principal Associate) and Khushboo Jha (Associate).

Poshn will use the funds raised to aggressively grow and hire across tech and business functions.

The start up provides a seamless and efficient procurement platform especially for bulk processed commodities in agri supply chain market. It has partnered with over 100 wholesalers across e-commerce, modern trade and general trade.
