Antares Legal assists New Delhi Television in sale of subsidiary to Bathla Teletech

New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) has made a 100% sale of their wholly-owned subsidiary "Delta Softpro Private Limited" to M/s Bathla Teletech Private Limited and the Bathla family.

Antares Legal represented NDTV in this transaction.
