Argus Partners acts on ONWO's seed funding round

Onwo Trade India Private Limited (OMWO), a B2B cross-border marketplace to transact and fulfil orders of processed food products from Indian manufacturers, raised US$ 1.4 million in its seed funding round.

The funding round was led by 2am VC, Kettleborough VC, Climber Capital and Point One Capital also joined the round apart from Whiteboard Capital Fund.

Argus Partners has acted as the legal counsel to Whiteboard Capital Fund on the deal

The transaction team consisted of, Abhinav Bhalaik, Jitendra Soni (Partners) and Kopal Agarwal (Associate).

According to Onwo, the funds will be used to will be used to expand its team and enhance its platform.
